TORZON HELP CENTER

The torzon market is a sophisticated ecosystem built on cryptographic principles. We understand that for new users, navigating the darknet, managing Monero wallets, and encrypting messages can be daunting. This comprehensive FAQ addresses 99% of all user inquiries, from lost deposits to dispute protocols. Please read carefully before contacting support.

1. Account Management

I lost my Password or PIN code. How do I recover my account?

This is the single most common issue on the torzon market. Because we do not store email addresses or personal data, we cannot send you a "Password Reset" link like a regular website.

The Mnemonic Seed Solution:
When you registered, you were shown a 12-word mnemonic seed (e.g., apple river house...). This is your ONLY recovery tool. To reset your credentials:

  1. Go to the Login Page.
  2. Click "Recover Account".
  3. Enter your Username and the 12-word seed exactly as it was shown.
  4. If the seed matches, you will be prompted to set a new Password and PIN.

CRITICAL: If you have lost your password AND your mnemonic seed, your account is mathematically impossible to access. The admins cannot help you. Your funds are lost. Create a new account and be more careful next time.

Why was my account banned? I didn't do anything wrong.

The torzon official security algorithms are strict. Accounts are auto-banned for the following triggers:

  • Phishing Detection: If you send links in Private Messages (PMs) that match known phishing domains, you are instantly banned.
  • Spamming: Sending the same message to 10+ vendors in a short time.
  • Blackmail: Threatening a vendor with negative feedback to extort free products. Our moderators read reported messages.
  • Multi-Accounting: Using multiple accounts to upvote your own vendor profile (Shilling).

If you believe this is an error, create a new "Support-Only" account and reference your old username. Note that legitimate bans are never lifted.

Can I delete my account permanently?

Yes. We believe in the "Right to disappear". Navigate to Settings > Danger Zone. There is a "Delete Account" button.

Warning: This action is irreversible. It wipes your message history, order history, and removes your profile from the torzon onion database. Ensure you have withdrawn all funds before clicking this button. Once deleted, the username cannot be re-registered to prevent impersonation.

2. Financial (Monero & Deposits)

I sent Monero (XMR) to my wallet, but the balance is still 0.0000.

Cryptocurrency on the darknet is not instant. The torzon market requires security confirmations to prevent "Double Spend" attacks. Here is the checklist:

1. Confirmations: We require 10 confirmations on the Monero blockchain. Each block takes ~2 minutes. Therefore, a deposit takes minimum 20-30 minutes to appear. Please wait at least 1 hour before worrying.

2. Phishing URLs: Did you verify the URL? Phishing sites display a fake deposit address that belongs to the hacker. If you sent money to a phishing site, it is gone. Always verify our PGP signature on the torzon mirrors page.

3. Sync Issues: Sometimes our local Monero node falls behind the main chain by a few blocks. In this case, your deposit is safe but invisible. It will appear once the node re-syncs.

If 24 hours pass and you have verified the address was correct, open a ticket with the Transaction ID (TX Hash) and the Secret View Key so we can locate the funds manually.

Why do you not accept Bitcoin (BTC)?

Bitcoin is a surveillance tool. It is a public ledger where every transaction is traceable by companies like Chainalysis. If you send BTC from Coinbase to a darknet market, your real identity is linked to the transaction.

Monero (XMR) uses Ring Signatures, RingCT, and Stealth Addresses to completely obfuscate the sender, receiver, and amount. For the safety of our vendors and buyers, the torzon official platform is Monero-only. If you have BTC, please swap it for XMR using a non-KYC exchange like SimpleSwap, Cake Wallet, or MajesticBank before depositing.

My withdrawal is stuck on "Processing".

Withdrawals are processed in batches every 30 minutes to improve privacy (transaction mixing). If the network is congested, it might take longer.

Occasionally, the hot wallet runs low on funds and needs to be replenished from the cold storage (a manual process done twice daily for security). If your withdrawal is "Processing" for more than 12 hours, please open a ticket. Your funds are safe.

3. Purchasing & Vendor Vetting

How do I know if a vendor is trustworthy?

Vetting vendors is a skill you must learn. Do not trust blindly. Follow this protocol on torzon market:

  • Check Level: Look for Level 3+ vendors. Level 1 vendors are new and unproven.
  • Read Recent Reviews: Don't just look at the 5/5 stars. Read the text. Look for "selective scamming" reports (e.g., "Sent empty box", "Underweight").
  • External Verification: Search the vendor's name on Dread (the darknet forum). See if they have an active thread and how they handle complaints.
  • Last Active: Check when they were last online. If a vendor hasn't logged in for 3 days, do not order.
How to use PGP to encrypt my address?

Never send your address in plain text. Even though torzon onion is encrypted, PGP adds a layer of security that only the vendor can break.

  1. Download Kleopatra (Windows) or GPG Suite (Mac).
  2. Go to the Vendor's profile -> "PGP Key" tab -> Copy the key block.
  3. In your software: "Tools" -> "Clipboard" -> "Certificate Import".
  4. Type your address in Notepad. Copy it.
  5. Click the Tray Icon -> "Clipboard" -> "Encrypt". Select the vendor's key.
  6. Paste the result (starting with -----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----) into the order notes.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?

It depends on the status:

  • Status: Pending. Yes, you can cancel immediately. Funds are returned to your wallet.
  • Status: Accepted. You cannot cancel. The vendor has seen the order and is preparing it. You must ask the vendor to cancel it for you.
  • Status: Shipped. Impossible to cancel. The package is in the mail.

4. Disputes & Refunds

My package never arrived. What do I do?

If the auto-finalize timer (usually 14 days) is approaching and you have no package:

Step 1: Message the Vendor. Ask for an update. Be polite. Maybe they are just slow.

Step 2: Extend the Timer. You can add 5 extra days to the timer on the order page. Do this if the vendor communicates well.

Step 3: Open Dispute. If the vendor ignores you or the time is up, click "Dispute". Do NOT let the timer hit 0, or the funds will auto-release to the vendor, and we cannot recover them.

How do moderators decide who wins a dispute?

The torzon support team acts as a judge. We look at facts, not emotions.

  • Tracking: If the vendor provides valid tracking showing "Delivered" to your city/zip, the Vendor wins.
  • No Tracking: If the order was untracked and never arrived, we look at the vendor's stats. If they have a 99% success rate, we might split the loss (50/50). If they have many missing packages recently, the Buyer wins (100% refund).
  • FE Orders: If you used "Finalize Early", you have waived your right to a dispute. The admins cannot help you.

5. Advanced Security (OpSec)

What is 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) and why use it?

Standard 2FA uses SMS or Google Auth. On the darknet, we use PGP 2FA.

When you enable PGP 2FA, the torzon market will present an encrypted message every time you try to log in. You must decrypt this message using your private PGP key to reveal a verification code. This means even if a hacker steals your password using a keylogger, they cannot access your account because they don't have your PGP private key (which lives on your computer, not our server).

Is it safe to browse Torzon on a smartphone?

NOT RECOMMENDED.

Smartphones (iOS and Android) are privacy nightmares. They constantly ping home servers, track GPS, and have keyboard telemetry. While Tor Browser exists for Android ("Tor Browser Alpha") and iOS ("Onion Browser"), they are not as secure as a desktop environment.

For true OpSec, use a laptop running Tails OS booted from a USB stick. This ensures no data is ever written to the hard drive. If you must use a phone, never order large amounts and never discuss sensitive details.

6. Glossary of Darknet Terms

Confused by the slang? Here is a quick reference for the most common terms used on the torzon official hub.

Escrow

A system where a third party (Torzon) holds funds until the buyer confirms receipt of goods. Protects against scams.

FE (Finalize Early)

Releasing funds to the vendor before receiving the product. High risk, only for trusted vendors.

PGP (Pretty Good Privacy)

Encryption standard used to secure messages and addresses. Essential for darknet usage.

XMR (Monero)

The only currency accepted. Private, untraceable, and secure cryptocurrency.

Phishing

Fake websites that look like Torzon but steal your password. Always check the URL.

Dread

A darknet forum (like Reddit) where users review vendors and discuss market status.

OpSec

Operational Security. The habits and tools used to stay anonymous (e.g., using Tails, not reusing usernames).

Drop

The address where you receive packages. Should not be your home address if possible.
